Can I make a custom order for a special event?

Yes, of course! Please email us and we can discuss what you’re after.

Shipping & Billing

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 for all orders across Australia. For all orders over $100 shipping is free!

When can I expect my freeze dried treats to arrive?

Depending where you are located, orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, an email confirmation will be sent through.

What if you are sold out?

If products are sold out we will endeavour to restock as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns

Can I get a refund?

For any questions or concerns regarding refunds, please get in touch with us. Please keep in mind that as our items are perishable goods (foods), we are unable to accept returns for unwanted purchases or if you have changed your mind.

I have received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item. We will contact you as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
